Corona appointed Confero as an outsourced specialist to support in the promotion of their myCorona online service, specifically to their SME customers.
myCorona is a pioneering online account management service giving up-to-date information 24/7. Businesses can login at a time that suits them to carry out functions such as: raise and track queries; download bills and view billing history; submit gas and electricity reads etc.
The Confero Solution
Confero’s brief was to contact over 3,000 business customers who had yet to use the portal and to promote its benefits.
Multiple scripts were created by Confero’s Learning & Development Team, to be used according to whether a customer had an existing myCorona log in. A dedicated team of agents were selected for the calling activity, which was scheduled to be completed within a month.
Confero were supplied with the contact details for 3,355 business customers. Of those contacted, almost 65% of businesses pledged to use myCorona, with a further 16% advising that they were already using the portal.
