Payday Express are one of the UKs oldest and most respected payday loan businesses and have been helping people with their short term credit requirements since 1999.
Payday Express and Confero
Payday Express were looking to capitalise on their industry reputation and needed an outbound campaign to contact existing and dormant customers but had no in-house resource to call on.
They chose Confero due to our experience and expertise in the financial services and payday loans sector and we put together a coherent plan to contact existing and dormant customers.
Borrowers were contacted to discuss their intentions to pay back existing loans, and to discuss extensions on existing loans as well as gap finance to cover shortfalls. Dormant customers were contacted to discuss their future short-term funding requirements and the services available from Payday Express.
The Confero Solution
Confero’s agents were comprehensively trained due to the often sensitive nature surrounding calls of this type and contacted up to 10,000 customers a month to discuss their financial situations. As part of the process, agents guided customers back to making online applications for additional funding and sent each customer who requested it a link to the Payday Express website.
Confero’s agents met and exceeded pre-set targets and achieved high conversion rates. In addition, they added value to Payday Express’s service by proactively engaging with all their clients, making sure their needs were met and all queries resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
