Our client was one of the most prominent Audi dealerships in London specialising in both new and used models. With every new car Audi launch, their corporate goals are to promote their globally recognised brand that combines the ultimate levels of comfort and safety with a sporting calibre.
Audi chose Confero as their outsourced call centre partner with the brief to approach both existing clients and clients of their direct competitors to promote the launch of a brand new model into the UK market in a highly professional, courteous manner befitting Audi’s brand values. The objective was to invite the clients into the showroom and book test drives.

Confero’s agents ensured that the new car launch was one of the most successful in the UK. They conducted 408 hours of outbound calls and as a net result, 497 people attended the showroom and booked test drives at an average of 1.22 per hour. This project was deemed by all parties to be a success and as such, Confero won an ongoing contract to arrange future test drives as well as services and winter checks using to profiled customer database.
