Confero is seeking a commercially minded junior Business Development Manager (BDM) to continue to drive the growth that has been enjoyed since its formation in 2001. The ideal candidate will be success, sales and quality focussed. They will display an entrepreneurial spirit, and the proven ability to win and develop customer accounts at board level, with a focus on Financial Services, Fintech, Green Tech, Crisis Management and Retail.
A minimum of 3 years of proven B-to-B sales success is essential, and experience in selling contact centre solutions or outsourcing would be advantageous. The role, based out of our Colindale call centre in North-West London, will suit an ambitious motivated individual looking for an exceptional career opportunity.
