About the synTelate User Group.The synTelate User Group has been formed independently by, and for the benefit of synTelate users. The group is intended to be a forum for discussion and help for its' members, and is fully recognised by Initiative Software, the vendors of synTelate software. |

Meetings - updateThe last meeting of the group was held on Wednesday 31st March 2004, at the Confero Call Centre offices in Wembley, London.The theme for this meeting was Outbound Campaigns. Topics included campaign design, implementation, execution, management and data manipulation, and demontrated how synTelate can be used to best effect when running this type of campaign. There were ideas and solutions covering features that synTelate provides by design, as well as those that the software developers didn't quite think of themselves ... In addition, we arranged for Opal Telecom to talk about Network based telecoms services for call centres, including Network Predictive Dialing, IVR and Voice Recording. As with previous meetings, a representative from Initiative Software was also present, briefing us on current synTelate news and developments, including future software release dates and features.
