Confero provides a complete range of fulfilment services including personalised mailings, the handling of high volume literature mailouts, sending of replacement product recall items and the provision of redemption facilities for coupons, competition forms etc.

Fulfilment can be provided in conjunction with inbound, outbound, or technology services. Alternatively, stand alone requirements can also be met for high volume projects.


How Does It Work ?

Confero can handle your calls, emails or coupons, and fulfil information, brochures, and even mail order items within 24 to 48 hours. Through arrangements with a variety of postage carriers, daily pickups are standard and bulk postage discounts may be available to customers based on quantities and frequency of collection.

Clients send in their stock, provide the packing instructions (in many cases we can provide the packaging for you), instruct us how you want the item sent (by first class post, second class, mail sort, etc), and leave Confero's fulfilment team to do the rest.
