Call Centre Agents
We currently have opportunities for experienced Call and Contact Centre Agents in our Wembley call centre, Middlesex, north-west London. There are both full-time and part-time jobs available.
You must be a hard working team player, with a flexible attitude, the desire to succeed and have a high level of integrity. You must be Computer Literate, with experience of Microsoft Office software. Attention to detail is essential
Outbound Telesales Agents required
We are looking for experienced Telesales and Telemarketing Agents to work as part of dedicated teams of 9 telesales people. Previous sales experience is essential. You will be covering 4-hour weekday evening shifts and 6-hour weekend daytime shifts. This would be great for students, actors and others looking for regular part time work.
Inbound Customer Services Agents required
We are expanding our Bureau service desk, and are looking for people to work in teams of up to 8. This service spans all-day shifts both on weekdays and weekends, on a flexible roster basis, so these vacancies would suit full time job applicants only.
Call Centre Supervisors
We have opportunities for experienced Call and Contact Centre Supervisors and Team Leaders in our Wembley call centre, in Middlesex, north-west London.
You will be responsible for managing, motivating, monitoring and coaching teams of up to 8 multi-tasking agents.
Experience of Crystal reporting and managing rosters would be beneficial.
