Business Development Manager

Confero require a Business Development Manager (BDM) to continue to drive the growth that has been enjoyed since its formation in 2001. The ideal candidate will be success, sales and quality focussed. They will display an entrepreneurial spirit, and the proven ability to win and develop customer accounts at board level.

A minimum of 3 years of sales success in the field of outsourcing is essential, and a Call or Contact Centre background is preferable. The role, based out of our Wembley call centre in North-West London, suits an ambitious career minded person who is searching for a unique opportunity and an influential position on the management team.

Outbound Manager

Due to our expanding Client base, we are currently seeking an ambitious commercially minded Outbound Manager, for our 75-seat call centre in Wembley, Middlesex.

The role will suit a hands-on, excellent communicator looking for an exceptional career opportunity. You should be a motivational leader with at least 3 years proven experience in managing Telesales and Telemarketing teams of up to 40 staff, preferably within an outsourced call centre environment. It is essential that you have a proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets, and ideally you would have worked in a multiple campaign environment.

The candidate will need to proficiently and successfully manage campaigns through agent performance monitoring, staff management, motivation and rostering. A good understanding of call scripting, SQL databases and Crystal reporting will be beneficial.

Reporting to the Operations Manager as part of the Management team, with Confero's UK roll out programme this is an excellent career opportunity to progress as the company continues to grow.
