Brochure Lines
A response service for material such as brochures, information packs or application forms. Live agents or our automatic Speech Recognition solution can provide this service.
Our call centre is capable of receiving enquiries by telephone or electronically and is staffed by highly skilled and trained operators. Brochure lines and bookings are all answered personally and immediately.
In a live agent scenario a call comes through to one of our trained agents, who then proceed to capture the customer's details and their enquiry. All the information is then captured in Syntelate, which is then either sent to the client in a report format on a weekly or daily basis depending on the clients preference or we carry out the fulfilment in house.
In the case of speech recognition solution a call will still be filtered to the call centre in the same way. But instead of the call coming through to the call centre the customer goes through to a voice recorded message which will prompt the customer to leave their relevant details such as name, number, address, which brochure they require etc.
This is then either sent to the customer in a report format at the end of day or week, or alternatively we will carry out the fulfilment on behalf of the client.
