Brochure Lines

If your business offers to send information to callers, Confero offers an inbound response service for material such as brochures, information packs or application forms. Live agents or our automatic Speech Recognition solution can provide this service.

Our call centre is capable of receiving inbound enquiries by telephone or electronically and is staffed by highly skilled and trained operators. Brochure lines and bookings are all answered personally and immediately.

Live Agents

In a live agent scenario, an inbound call comes through to one of our trained agents, who then proceed to capture the customer's details and their enquiry. All the information is then captured in Confero's CRM system, which is then either sent to the client in a report format on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the clients preference or we carry out the fulfilment in house.

Should fulfilment be required, Confero's in-house fulfilment team will personalise and send out letters, brochures and mailers.

Speech Recognition

Where high volumes of brochure requests are being received, it may be more applicable and cost effective to utilise speech recognition to capture caller details. Instead of calls coming through to the live agent call centre, the customer goes through to a sophisticated automated data capture line, where the speech recognition service prompts the caller to leave their relevant details such as name, number, address, which brochure they require etc.

This is then either sent to the customer in a report format at the end of each day or week, or alternatively Confero's in-house fulfilment team will personalise and send out letters, brochures and mailers.
